opened in 1906 by Ellerman Group. t is one of the most prestigious and well established hotels in
all over the world. This hotel has records of traveller's experience.
Along with this, present report based on different tasks which will be include, skills and
competences of human resource manager required for company. Further, importance and
advantages for ongoing personal and professional development that improve the career
prospectus. Current report will critical evaluate of human resource skill and abilities with self-
evaluation model or framework. At last, enterprise adopts the best approach of development for
enhance professional and personal development.
