This assignment has bedocumented on the association that is Coworth Park Hotel which is one of the leading hotel withthe holding of five star in the economy of the UK. Under this written document, certain topicwill be covered such as on-going professional development along with self oriented acquisitionin order to improve professional career and opportunities. In addition to this, the study alsofocuses on the study of personal skills, competencies and diverse learning with variousapproaches. Apart from this, the preparation of the professional development plan is also done inthis document (Wald and et. al., 2015). TASK 1P1: Key benefits of ongoing professional development for different stakeholders.Coworth park hotel is one of the leading hotel in the UK which was established in year1776. The hotel was named after the surrounding hamlet of the Coworth. The hotel consists of 3restaurant along with 80 rooms. The hotel has been structured through a best architecture whichgives it eternal view and romantic atmosphere to its visitors. The hotel has been graded 8.5 out ofthe 10 for its location as this was constructed near about the Ascot. All the members or guestsvisiting to the hotel are welcomed by the staff in the best manner as they are trained to be politeand have patience while dealing with the guests. There is horseback rider centre for 30 horseswith parking, Bar, Wi-Fi, Pool, Steam room, Golf instruction, Spa, room service, etc. On going professional development is the term which is also termed as the continuousprocess of the development where one mainly focuses on developing their skills, capabilities,ability to work, knowledge on the regular basis (Valentino and Reardon, 2015). This process isalso prime within the business, as it involves up gradation of the individual's existing knowledgeand skills. This is vital in the association for both employee and employers as this will enablethem to tackle the situation and fluctuation.
