my masters. So this is going to be my first experience to work as a employee in the hotel where
the vacancy for the job role of assistant manager who will be performing the task to manage
performance and control the management system within this hotel. As after getting hired in this
my job is to manage thing and working the association so that my long term vision and goal to
gain a higher position can be fulfilled. As the manager of the hotel is quiet impressed with my
work as I am having a knowledge of how to deal with the situation and handle all those situation
which can lower the business profitability. Due to fostering of these skills the business manager
of the Coworth Park has approached me to come and join the association at the post of assistant
manager where I can use all my skills and knowledge which I have gained in my academic and
masters. In order to maintain my sustainability in the business for a long lasting period, I have to
focus on the evaluation of my own skills and competencies so that I can make my personality
more attractive as well as more serious about getting my job done in the most effective way and

Effective communication : I have good communication skills that can help me in
delegating the roles and responsibilities to staff members in an efficient manner along
with making them work in an integrated and coordinated manner so that goals of the
organisation can be achieved.
High confidence : This skill helps me in dealing with difficult situations in a positive
manner and I can lead the team members confidently so that they are motivated to work
together in a coordinated manner. Leadership : I am a good leader as I can influence the workers in a positive manner so
that they perform their work efficiently and on time.

Time management : I am punctual and gets the work done on time and in the most
efficient manner so that the customers can be completely satisfied with the

come up with solutions promptly in order to deal with their demands so that best

help me in enhancing my work potentials as it is a reflective and observatory approach
