INTRODUCTION
Personal professional philosophy is a set of principles or statement which reflects beliefs
that influences the actions. It is the process of identifying, examine and verifying personal beliefs
and values. Development of professional philosophy helps in making interaction and
communication about professional opinion, beliefs and values towards early childhood
education. Generating personal philosophy is all about the understanding of vision, improving
mindset and learning the strength and characteristics. It is the process of guiding and enhancing
awareness of thoughts and beliefs. It can helps in developing the tools and practices to enhance
the skills and ability of individual. This process is the guiding concept of the people which they
used in their daily lives this can affect the words and actions. Personal and professional
philosophy is significant because it helps in making right decision and guidelines to improve
one;s ability to make interaction and focused on their targeted goals (Allard, Genest and Legault,
2020). Personal philosophies encompass the beliefs, values, expectations and priorities. Every
person has its own and different principles. This project covers personal professional philosophy
to documentation, planning assessment and teaching in early childhood education.
MAIN BODY
Personal professional philosophy to documentation helps to develop plan and support
young children;s learning and development. Documentation is the process of implementing and
providing evidence of individual child learning and development process. In early childhood it is
necessary to observe and record children performance because these data provide evidence of
children;s learning and development. For young children's it is essential to observe several stages
of completion of children's working so that teacher or their family members improves their skills.
It can aware students who are weak and have difficulties in their learning educator must focus
on improving their learning activity (Adorno, 2019). Personal and professional philosophy of
individual educator to documentation is the visible process of display children's learning process
which give positive benefit in children's learning development. Effective documentation give the
right evidence about the child performance and it explore the experience and helps engage in
their learning process. Documentation is associated with early childhood education because it is
useful and helpful to analyse all level of activities of individual child. Personal and professional
philosophy of educator to documentation is a child learning process and educator must maintain
