Introduction
The alignment of the operations for taking care of the management processes and
aligning the utilization of the effective activities. The integration would be effective for
involving the analysis of the case study. The successive information development would be
implied with the analysis of the factors for taking care of the integration management. The
integration of the activities would be effectively implied with the formation of the specific work
alignment. The three case study that has been evaluated in this report are change in project scope
required for the IT project, communication issues faced by the project team, and lack of
resources for the project. The utilization of the successive work compilation would be implied
with the formation of the effective work alignment. The critical analysis of the case study would
be implied with the analysis of the positive and negative impact of the case study. The
consideration of both positive and negative points and comparison of the two points would be
helpful for implying the final conclusion of the study.
Case 1: Change in project scope required for the IT project
Context: The changes in the project would be effectively implied with the formation of
the improved analysis and development. The project scope development would be supported by
the listing of the smart work alignment. It has been seen in many cases that the client had asked
for listing the resources and developing the smart alignment so that some changes can be
adjusted accordingly. The change implication in IT project require the development of the
effective alignment development. The change management had been largely developed for the
formation development. The change listing has been implied for the taking care of the effective
development by the client.

Case: The change in project scope of IT project was initiated by the formation of the
innovative information management. The alignment would be successfully implied with the

Critical Reflection: The change was asked by the client after we had completed almost

Lesson Learnt: It is clear from the study that the implication of the change management

Case 2: Communication issues faced by the project team
Context: The communication issues faced by the project team would involve the

and implication of the factors. The project team had been facing communication issues that had

Case: The IT projects had been using the concept of effective communication methods
like emails, social media, and telephone. However, many issues like lack of medium,

Critical Reflection: I had been using the effective communication process for adopting

Case 3: Lack of resources for the project
Context: The lack of resources is IT project is not very uncommon and it had been seen
in many cases. The resources for the project are estimated by using the resource estimation
method. However, due to the factors of risk, the resources might get over used and it would
result in forming the listing of the effective work implication. The resource utilization would be
deployed with the continuation of the work in favor of the effective work alignment. The
resources would help in enabling the completion of the work for the project. The listing of the
technology innovation for the resource management execution had been largely utilized.
Case: The analysis of the factors for the resource management would be collectively
deployed for ensuring the alignment of the successful integration of the works. The resource
