1. PROJECT OVERVIEW –
Globex is one of the Long-standing clients of the Virtucon and for that reason Globex has
been associated with requesting the management of a project for developing the computer-
based system. For this reason, in order to depict a gesture of good will towards Globex and
the broader community the organization Virtucon would not charge anything from Globex
so as to manage the entre project. Besides this Virtucon is also having the endeavour of
delivering the entire solution within time in a cheap rate as well so as to meet the
requirements of the project.
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION & OBJECTIVES –
The main aim of this project is to help the farmers in increasing the productivity along with reducing the time
and cost that is required. The two major products include the Farm equipment and the Precision Farming. The
organization Globex has requested for a computer-based system so as to manage the entire Training and
Apprenticeship program for High School Students (TAHS). Besides this the entire program would be a
collaborative work between three main entities which includes the school, manufacturer of the farming
equipment and own representatives of Globex. The basic information that are required for eth correct
placement includes the name, residential address, key skills, preferred working sector, preferred schedule and
the schooling year. Whereas for the farming manufacturing part the program TAHS would eb responsible for
the collection of the information from the different farming equipment’s manufacturers on the needs related
to staffs, locations and capacity and the preliminary skills that are required.

5. Team Rules & Expectations
The rules that will be followed by the project team are as follows-
Existence of a smooth communication plan which is to be maintained amongst the team members so
as to manage the team in an efficient way
The team members would be associated with ensuring the fact that the projects are being delivered
within the deadline that has been set (Kerzner, 2018.
Additionally, the team members would also ensure the fact that the allocation of the resources are
being done in a sufficient way so as to implement the project (Binder, 2016).
Team values
Good team value needs to be maintained so as to make sure that the project is being executed successfully.

the various kind of issues which might arise within the team and this in turn would be helping in the mitigation
of the various kind of issues as well. Besides this by having a good team value it is also possible to improve the
entire process of decision making as well. The values that the team should have includes the following:
The team would be associated with the maintenance of transparency while managing various kind of
tasks.
Following of an effective communication
Storing the information in such a way that it is easy to retrieve.
Code of ethics
The code of ethics or the professional conduct should be followed for the purpose of conducting the work of
the team for the project. This code of ethics would be responsible for ensuring the transparency and the
integrity that are to be followed in the working process (Fuller et al., 2017). Besides this in accordance to the
PMI code of ethics each and every team member should remain fair and responsible towards their work and
should always work in such a way that it works for the betterment of the team members.
Rules and expectations
The team rules and expectations are as follows-
1. The first expectation is that the team would be associated with delivering the
project within the time that has been assigned.
2. Following of a democratic process so as to conduct the decision-making
process
3. The team members would be associated with following the PMI code of
ethics and professional conduct
4. Organizing of Regular meetings so as to discuss the progress of the project

Part 4
4.1 Reflection
While working on the project I have understood the importance that
the process of information gathering process is having. Besides this I have also
understood that in order conduct any kind of project it is very much essential to
analyse the requirements of the projects before initiating the project. Project
management is generally a complex task and generally requires highly skilled
leaders so as to manage the project in a better way. Project leaders play a vital role
for the success of the project. As the leaders are responsible for conducting various
important process of a project like assigning of roles, estimating the cost and time
required for completing the project, identifying the skills that are required for
completing the project and many more. The implementation of this new computer-
based application would be following a planned approach so as to deliver the entire
project in time and within the cost assigned for the project.
