Introduction Project management is one of the most important practice, which is mostly done in a group- work for achievement of goals and meet the criteria successfully, within a prescribed time (Zhang and et. al., 2020). It includes an application of skills, knowledge, tools and techniques, including all basic constraints to the planned development as well as delivery of business initiatives. Under the present report, a project is prepared on QAHE Institutions, for recreating its mobile app to provide timely information to its students. For this purpose, an initiation document andworkbreakdownstructureisprepared,toevaluatethemainactivitiesrequiredfor successfully meeting goals behind recreation of mobile app. A: Project Initiation Document Thisdocumentdefinestheprojectscope,budget,approachandoverallcriteriafor successfully meeting the objectives. In context with present project, the main constraints which demonstrates overall key aspects, are explained as below – Scopeofproject:Afterrecognisingaboutstudentproblemfornotgettingtimely information about what is going on outside the timetabled class sessions, including their difficulties to contact the club and societies’ representatives, QAHE has decided to recreation its mobile phone app (Uddin and Ferdous, 2020). This will not only provide timely detailed information to students about day by day activities of club, social events outside their campus, but also helps in increasing engagement of them within extra-curricular activities. For this purpose, specified objectives and aim is prepared to meet goals of QAHE as given below – Aim:“To successfully design mobile app for recreational the facility of QAHE Campus.” Objectives: To design mobileapp for providing timely informationto students for recreation schedules To determine the main benefits of recreation mobile app in context with both QAHE and its students To prepare a risk plan to overcome from entire challenges that QAHE management might face after launching its mobile app 1
Budget:This app helps students of QAHE in finding and searching the great activities from fingertips, therefore, one of the director has provided the grant funding within a specified budget of £200k.
