Theprimary objective of this relocation project is to carry out reduction of cost and simultaneouslyenabling increment of profitability by 10%.Constant assessment and evaluation of operational procedures is necessary for thesuccess and growth of business. This examination should be carried out in accordance with thesuitable and relevant project management techniques while taking into account the trends ofcompany and the cost benefit analysis. The selected methodology for carrying out relocationshould have the capacity to increase the quality of project, thereby effectively driving it towardsthe desired output by acting in compliance with organisational requirements. This will tend tomake the process of monitoring as well as controlling more easy and provide assistance to theproject manager to execute the relocation in a smaller time span with optimum utilisation ofresources.
