In this project, Sisense is looking to develop a new and advanced business intelligence
tool that will have a wide range of features and will be able to transform the regular operations of
the business organizations completely. The specific targets / users of the project are the various
large scale business organizations that will be able to utilize the business intelligence tool to
enhance their business operations.
b. Internal and External Stakeholders of the Project
There are a number of internal and external stakeholders who will be involved in this
particular project. These stakeholders are listed as follows.
Internal Stakeholders – The internal stakeholders are those who will work from within
the organization and perform various activities in the project.
External Stakeholders – The external stakeholders are personnel working outside of the
organization but will have certain roles to play in the project.
