implementation of a beneficial project in the hospitality sector. For developing this
particular project the project manager has chosen top of a rock area and the cafe build
on that location is named as Vintage Cafe. It will help both the project manager and the
project team members to gain effectives competitive advantages and measurable
revenue as well.
A meeting agenda is also developed for evaluating the project without any sort of
errors. The leading aim of the project manager is to serve extremely delicious, authentic
dishes and Mediterranean food to the consumers throughout Australia. The consumers
who are looking for a special, privately located, local haven like atmosphere then the
location of the Vintage Cafe is absolutely perfect for them. This newly opened cafe
offers wide range of dishes to the consumers.
