INTRODUCTION
Project management is a kind of process of leading work or project of a team towards
success in order to achieve desired goals and objectives by meeting specific criteria within pre-
defined specific time period (Demirkesen and Ozorhon, 2017). This project report will be
focusing upon presenting all important documents that are required for evaluation and
management of a project. It will be focusing upon project initiation document, risk management
approach and effectiveness of project management methodology. Case study focused upon in
this project is about QAHE Business Management Faculty who are planning on organizing two-
week field trip for seeing some important and interesting sustainable projects in Uganda.
