Introduction
The case study is about making mobile application which can be used by the university
students so that can get information regarding co curriculum activities. This project will discuss
about mobile application project which includes project initiation documents, work breakdown
structure, critical path etc. further will discuss the risk register table, how project closure should
manage and methods for carrying the project.
Project initiation document
This document involves all the information which can be found in need. A well-prepared
document is helpful in making the project successful. 13 items are as follows:

Project name: QAHE Recreation mobile app

End date: 1/4/2022

2. Project background
This project was started because QAHE has realised that students are not able to connect with
class representative easily and also does not get information regarding to extra classes easily (Li,
and Lu, 2017). This project has started with the objective of creating awareness among the
students regarding extra curriculum activities and they can excel in other activities as well along
with compulsory classes.
3. Project scope
The scope of this project is making aware to the students about the outside world of university
and also have to upgrade them.
4. Objectives
 To create awareness for the mobile application.
 To encourage students to participate in club organisation.

The project purpose is to show that how the designing of mobile application is done.
