INTRODUCTION
The project report on quality management is important task in order to done the whole
things in proper manner are as designing, planning, implementing the true aspect of project. The
whole work relate to quality should be in effective and efficient manner. The main of this
assignment is to make proper identification, take step in relation to assessment and control in
manner to achieve the quality of project. The main role of this assignment is to create design and
development programme to provide expertise training to authorised officers, Ticket inspectorate
and public transport system (Schwalbe, 2015). In this manner the quality of their services can be
improvised. The aspect of customer satisfaction and term in relation to quality assurance can be
achieve properly way. Quality management is the ambiguous topic which can create the issues in
the organisation. The whole work should meet the standards of quality assigned to complete the
task. The initiative should be taken in order to take improvement in customer relation and quality
standards of project.
TASK
Project overview
Quality is the term which is essential for maintaining the standards of project. To
determine the term quality management the three things should be presented in this manner are
as- to have plan for quality management, quality assurance standards and method to control. This
all term are made with the object to make better coordination with activities of project
management. In this manner the satisfaction of the consumer can be full filled. In this
assignment the standard of the quality of project has been made as per the need of the
organisation (Brown, and Link, 2015). They used to focus on the activities like identification of
resources properly, provide them effective training, timely inspection and testing of activities
should be done effectively.
The following activities need to be considered are as-

Purpose
The main of this task is to maintaining the satisfaction of the consumer with the
assurance of quality standards. The thing should be in true and fact manner which can satisfy the

goal of making his project. The purpose of this assignment is to establish development
programme to provide effective training to authorise officers so that they can maintain strong
relation with customer.
Project duration
The task of this project is to be done in given time which are as 420 hours i.e. (17.5
days). In this assignment lot of measure is to be taken in order to maintaining the effective
customer relation and method s of quality assurance by creating effective development
programme (Joslin and Müller 2015). The time management plan as per the requirement of the
project are designed in the following manner are as-

The framing of scope statement is very essential part of project. It is helpful in manner to
determine the whole aspects of the project with the help of this the effective development
programme can be establish. The scope statement is said to be impressive if it is inclusive of the
following details-1. Justification- The proper explanation about the project is must be prepared in effective
manner. The information is need to be in perfect manner. The thing are too reflected
systematically so aim of making project can be achieve.2. Product scope description- the terms and characteristics and nature of the product should
be outlined in proper way. With the help of this kind of activity the effective training in
relation to development programme can be taken.3. Strategy- This term refer as plan of action. It is to be made in systematic frame in order to
analyse and take step in manner to achieve objectives. The execution process is need to
be taken in effective manner (Hornstein, 2015.). The whole strategy is to make

so that perspective of quality assurance can be achieved.4. Deliverables- This term means an accurate list of project result is to be made.5. Boundaries of project- With the help of this activity the outside boundaries of the project

Quality management plan
The main object of making plan in the context of quality management is to help in
describing the term of the project in effective manner. With the help of this kind of active good
relation with customer can be maintain. It is very helpful activity in manner to cope up with
rivals if the firm. At the time of making the management plan the quality standards of the project
ned to be considered (Brown, and Link, 2015). The various things are as quality control and six

sigma are to be well defined. To establish effective development programme in relation to
