approved. It is an essential that support in serving the basic document by risk sections for
the project plan. Record active risks: This is also another important step as in this, project manager keep
track of active risks as well as its factors with the help of recording them into a register
with date of identified, updated, targeted and closure. These are very effective in finding
risks or uncertainties within campus in easy way.
Assign a unique number to reach at risks :- This is also helpful in identifying about
each unique risks that have major effects which can affects on the process or activities
during the project time. There can be founded any link which are related with project
status report, risk identification as well as its impact form.
There are number of risks documentation which are contained in the risk register and these
aspects are given below:
Owner: It is the most important aspect as owner is person who take responsibilities for
analysing and identifying risk factors within the QA higher educations campus during project
time durations and collects more relevant data for the purpose of effective planning. They use
those gathered informations for each risk or uncertainties (Kerzner, 2013).

The entire team can help to develop the particular project with the help of risk
management plan. In this, sponsor and customers also free to identify any risks or
uncertainties.
Risk management plan is very beneficial for matching entire risk with certain time points
in the project (Bucero, 2015). Team members and project managers are free to worry
about any uncertainties because they are ready to face them and resolve by defining
strategies as well as tools or techniques (Ramazani and Jergeas, 2015).
Risk manager has power to monitor the potential risks with its predetermined goals or
action plan and also alert the all employees regarding spot problems or issues.
It is must be required to find effective risk solver who can make better to assignment and
implementation plan in appropriate manner.
There are various components included in this risk management plan such as:
Process: It includes entire procedures which is consider for determining, assessing,
evaluating as well as mitigating by using project life cycle.
Work Break down structure: It is very helpful in dividing task and activities in the team
so it is required to transfer the WBS for project risk management (Englund, 2015).
Risk register: this is another important feature for avoiding unnecessary activities so that
risks can be reduced in effective manner.
Risk management planning: This is also an effective process for developing the new
products in the market as it included different approaches, plans and performance risks
management activities for a particular project.

PRINCE 2 approach is an important tool that generally used by many organisation for the
purpose of effective project completions. In this consider three major areas such as organisation
and controlling of all the events at the starting, during and end of the particular project. This
approach is very beneficial for QAHE campus because it helps in raising many key questions as
what are the aims or ambition of project and when it will start or any requirements of external
support (Walker, 2015). There are some strengths and weaknesses of PRINCE 2 methodology

It is predictable: in this includes several kinds of steps which must be followed in proper
sequences. It support in making these approaches as more predictable. There are various
advantages of predictability which are helpful in effective completion of project and it
will not get out of control. Standardisation: It is also another benefit for project during the critical situations such
as failing of quality (Thomson, 2015). PRINCE 2 focus on better standardisation because
it is an effective tool that reduce the probability of misdirection and miscommunication.
Time and cost effective: PRINCE 2 is very popular approach which support in saving
time and reduce expenses. QAHE can be use this model within the nations where they
need not to invest any extra time, efforts and costs for providing training to employees or
staff members. Risk also can be identified at the beginning stage.
Weaknesses:
Complex: It is not easy task to adopt the model of PRINCE 2 because it must be
required to give proper knowledge and training to that person who are has no idea
regarding this so that fail situations or results can be avoid and employees will work in
effective manner.
Not realistic: There are various procedures or phases involved in such approach that
can be unrealistic. For example, find the risks or uncertainties at the beginning of
project. It may be difficult because of critical situations and circumstances which may
occur at the mid of the project. They are completely unpredictable as well as
unrealistic as usual.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that QAHE which is higher educational
