1. INTRODUCTION
Globex corporation has been contracted Virtucon Pty Ltd for designing and building
the new corporate network for the three offices located at “Albury, NSW”, “Griffith, NSW”,
and in Wagga Wagga NSW. The report will be focusing on upgrading the existing system in
manner to enhance the production and output for the organization.
1.1 Purpose of Project Management Plan
The purpose of the project management plan is to develop a precise and accurate
project plan that will be followed by every individual within the team and manage the
operational activities as per the planning. This will be helpful in delivering the project in an
efficient and effective manner.
2 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF PROJECT CHARTER
This charter will be highlighting the major constraints of the project that could be
followed for the successful and efficient delivery of the project. This charter will be covering
scope management, work-breakdown of the activities, timeline, budget, quality assurance,
resource management, communication, risk management, and procurement management
considering every aspect of the project. These phases of the project should be followed by the
project manager in manner to manage the accurate and precise delivery of the project
outcomes.
2.1 Assumptions/Constraints
Project manager and human resources will be following the mentioned plan exactly

3.3 Change Control Management
The purpose of the change control management will be to manage and implement the
changes those are necessary for the management and enhancement of the standard and quality
of the project.
Change request will be forwarded to the manager or by the manager to the heads in
manner to take proper decision-making and highlighting the beneficial aspects of the
introduced change. The head of the project will be responsible for approving the requested
change and further changes will be implemented and further evaluated.
