The use of the Gantt chart and checklist would be helpful for keeping track of the project
progress and schedule. The use of various testing processes like alpha testing, beta testing,
prototyping, and simulation would be helpful for easing the development of the activities. The
various documents like initiation document, charter document, project plan document,

communication list, risk management plan, development listing, formation plan, and other
documents would be inclined for the development of project report.

implication of the facilities defining the alignment of the improved factors. The scheduling,

Conclusion
Project Management had always been helpful for executing the project in an orderly
process for easing the implication of the operations. The scheduling, planning, budgeting,
estimating, and managing of the projects were well executed for developing the successful
completion of the project. The support and development of the projects had eased the implication
and alignment for developing the support for improving the utilization of the factors. The
following assignment had been made for implementing the 24X7 facilities and services in the
upper west side. The alignment had been dependent on forming the support and implementation
