Introduction
Project Management has always been helpful for executing the project in an orderly
process for easing the implication of the operations1. The scheduling, planning, budgeting,
estimating, and managing of the projects are well executed for developing the successful
completion of the project. The support and development of the projects had eased the implication
and alignment for developing the support for improving the utilization of the factors. The

and services in the upper west side. The following assignment would be developed based on the
