situations arise due to poor communication or lack of communication. Thus the business
people must understand the importance of communication otherwise it will result in delayed

Project Handover issues
Project Closure and Project Handover is an important aspect of project management.
The project team must consider that the project is completed. Several issues can occur at the
time of the project handover. The client may be not satisfied with the construction project.
The client may reject the project. The client may refuse to pay for the project as they are not
satisfied. The project team must consider the project deliverables, final report, clients or the
customer training, settling down of all the invoices, preparation of documents. The client
subcontractor must take a active role in the project and must stay till the end. The client
subcontractor will ensure that the project activities have been done accurately and the project
is ready to be delivered.
