Project scope
The scope of the project include:
 To implementation of Streaming Media Player System (SMPS)
 To provide proper functions including product purchase, movie excerpts, listening to
excepts, read-on line functionality as well as loyalty club
 To finish the project within the expected due date that is 05-10-2018
Project assumptions
The assumptions which are made within the project “implementation of Streaming

The project management methodology that is utilized in this project is “Agile
SCRUM”. This methodology is mainly utilized in this project for providing appropriate
customer satisfaction and for lowering the production cost of the system. It is identified that

with the help of this methodology, the organization can be able to enhance both
communication as well as collaboration (Vedsmand, Kielgast & Cooper, 2016). This
methodology generally assist in giving proper visibility on tasks for each of the project team
member for tracking progress of the project and for providing proper allocation of resources.
It is found that proper focus on the collaboration generally leads to happier as well as more
productive team of the project.

The project governance mainly includes the following:
 Adoption of appropriate project life cycle governance including approval gates at
