Types of project management methodologies-
Waterfall-
It is one of the oldest methodologies outlined by Dr Winston Royce as a response to
operating increasingly difficult nature of software development (Hamad and Al Fayoumi, 2018).
It has become highly used and adopted, most prominently in digital sector. The advantage of this
project management method is easy to comprehend and utilize. Division between phases is
innate & easy to grasp regardless of previous experience. On the other hand, rigidity of this
approach means that when someone find need or error to change something, individual have to
effectively begin project from starting, this substantially increase risk of task failure.
Agile-
It is another project management method emerged as response to failure of waterfall
