Digital technology is facility of conveying information which is used by business

can be done in a quicker way. The project is based on St. Albans Council which is the baby
company of Colchester (Broekx and et. al., 2011). This is emerging foundation which has more
than 50 employee groups. The organisational structure has recently executed a communication
software for workers and office for maintaining new and advanced technology at workplace.
The major purpose of this report is to identify aim, objectives and impact of this implementation
on working activities within firm. This report will analyse the entire information and collected
data for the report in order to come up with new finding and facts as well as ineffective areas.

This report have taught me a lot of lessons which I was unaware of and many facts and
information which can help me not only now but the in future as well. I have learned the
technical factors affect objectives and goals of a business. St. Albans Council is small
organisation with 50 worker which is emerging in the local trade. I have learned how digital
technology help an organisation in development and the ways through the innovation aid in
growth of a business entity. Even the people of organisation have felt the changes after the
introduction of the digitalised technology within the company.
Despite the theoretical part, I have learned various practical knowledge related to many
factors. It lessoned me the techniques of analysing the reports, journal, books and many other
documents in briefed and precise way. This have gave me knowledge about various computer
elements such mas preparing Gantt chart for the activities which I have made for getting the final
outcome of project. This is used for monitoring and measuring the activities which is undertook
in the breakdown structure. I have learned that thee are two types of data which are primary ad
secondary and various steps which a researcher have to undertake for a logical and authentic
report. Also I now know the limitations, the software of data interpretation which I utilized for
the data interpretation, how to make questionnaire and many other process. These all have helped
me in finishing this assignment as well as may will avail in completion of future assignments as
well.
