It has been concluded that project management help to define the objective of project in
order to complete on time. Present project based on virtual delivery which provide digital
learning to student in order to promote distance learning. Then, study will highlight the project
scope, budget, timeline, deliverable and milestones, project success criteria etc. in order to
complete the project effectively. Project also covered scope, objective in order to identify the
completion of projects successfully. Then, risk assessed for project in order to complete the
project successfully. Further, all the practice is successfully managed in order to maintain project
procurement plan.
