Project sustainable practice
It is to be ensured about the project services which is managed sustainably in order to
more focus on all the activities which cannot harm the environment. Also, there are legal practice
followed by company in order to complete project effectively. Being as projects manger it is to
be ensured about the sustainability when it defects it can be corrected and able to meet new
requirement, future maintenance of digital technology which made easier life of student also
changing the environment by promoting digital learning this is one of the common practice
which can be conduct in the situations like pandemic.

CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that project management help to define the objective of project in
order to complete on time. Present project based on virtual delivery which provide digital
learning to student in order to promote distance learning. Then, study will highlight the project
scope, budget, timeline, deliverable and milestones, project success criteria etc. in order to
complete the project effectively. Project also covered scope, objective in order to identify the
completion of projects successfully. Then, risk assessed for project in order to complete the
project successfully. Further, all the practice is successfully managed in order to maintain project
procurement plan.
