Project roles
The human resource department has to ensure that all employees are motivated and encouraged.
It is important that they are managing all employees effectively and this helps to attain
organisational goals. HRM is of key and strategic importance for project oriented company.
When a new project is started, there is human resource configuration of the company changes. In
context of dynamic environment of business, there are different and additional practices needed
from traditional managed company. In context of John Readings café, it is evaluated that there is
need for hiring and recruiting new employee’s café.
HR executive reinforces the components in the selection, improving and funding programs.
There is need of providing HR office with various strategies and implementing relationships for
attaining specified objectives and goals. There is strategic planning for employees which will
help to manage the exploration of external and internal factors. There is organised HRM process
followed in the company and there is need of managing SWOT analysis that will determine
weakness, strength and opportunities. There is job requirement for creating right type of game
plan for keeping in mind and developing the needs and requirements of organisational situation.
Communication procedure
There is need for utilising tools and techniques which are needed by HR managers of John
Readings for utilising project planning process. There is flow of communication required by HR
manager. There is need for managing employees and project tasks which are allocated for
ensuring a good coordination. TimeCamp application is used in this café and it helps to bill a
control payroll as well as attendance. It provides help in tracking time and billable time.
Timecamp is very effective for project manager because it ensures workflow of team.
Measuring performance
The performance of project is measured through employee’s motivational level. This project is
about enhancing the motivational level of employees and encouraging them to attain goals. There
is regular assessment in which employees are monitored. This helps to manage the performance
of employees in John Readings café. It helps to manage the work properly and make all
