INTRODUCTION
Reflection is a loom or sort of practice that is useful in representing activities of
individuals and other person by involving them into continuous learning programme that helps in
gaining and enhancing learning and knowledge. According to this, it involves significant
concentration in the direction of the precious practice and theory that provide information
concerning their everyday actions (Horton-Deutsch and Sherwood, 2017). This reflection is
relies on the employability and learn skills by showing numerous concerning skill that are
important for workers and former people. For this reflection, many skills are considered such as
message, explore, ICT, cooperation, difficulty solve and time and self administration. In bid to
behaviour this reflection in effective manner, Gibbs reflective cycle is used as it is useful in
inspiring individuals to understand things in prominent manner concerning suitable knowledge
throughout the meticulous action or event.

and in general presentation concerning my employability which is criticised and criticize by
previous people. For this, concerning steps are described as underneath:
Description: This phase is helpful in giving in general explanation concerning the activity
or action such as what is happening in the events, which are involved and concerning results. So,
this indication is relies on my generally knowledge as it comprise statement (verbal and written),
explore, ICT, cooperation, problem solving and time administration as these are the prominent
skill that must be there in me in bid to transmit presumptuous my work or pursue my
employability actions (Gibbs and et. al., 2017). Moreover, it includes relevant backdrop in
sequence relatable to the indication and too represent about who is responsible and concerned in
the sum total circumstances. For example, I currently pursue the position of a leader in a
company and for this, over mentioned skills are required and should present in me to work in
suitable manner and also run my group and connections in proper manner. I do believe that my

statement skills and side operational skill are quite good as I easily clarify goals and objectives to
my subordinates and also take feedback based on their understanding which is important to
complete a communication process and also manage my team members in effective manner.
Therefore, it is significant to stay many belongings in brain while offering appropriate team and
providing clear information to them. Hence, it is analysed that I should expand investigate, time
and self organization, ICT and difficulty solve skill in order to develop my career and enhance
my skills to attain effective goal and aims in specified era of time as it tends to increases the
generally presentation of subordinates as well.
Feelings: This phase is helpful in understanding and telling the suitable opinion and
judgment which previous individuals practice regarding my skill. Its motive is to carry forward
this step and also discuss regarding the prominent feelings of my team associates and employees
in relation with my decision in thorough style as it straight impacts my overall skill and also
provide guidance to me concerning its development (Mann and Walsh, 2017). In this way many
individuals face difficulty to regard of sharing their judgment and also in asking concerning
question concerning how they sense throughout the activity. I am high-quality in e-mailing in
both verbal and written and also in squad running that make me experience good and my
subordinates also as due to this, it do not trouble generally routine of employees. In relation with
this, I am lacking in investigate, difficulty solve and time running skill as due to this, me and my
associates face more difficulty to pursue our task activities or performing our job role in effective
manner as it impacts overall performance and productivity. Moreover, to enhance my research
skills I should expand and maintain vigorous dealings with my employees and team associates
because it is important in determining their overall personality and behaviour that is useful for
me in directing and guiding them in effective way. In regard of this, sometimes I feel nervous
regarding the viewpoint of my employees like what they think about my skills and coordination
and what if they does not cooperate with me regarding attaining goals and objectives.
Evaluation: At this step employees enquire regarding their generally knowledge of the
concerning activity or event as it is classified under two parts first is good and another one is bad
as it consider a lot of question like what goes healthy, what was your input and what did not go
fine (Lin and et. al., 2016). Here, I did not sense that this condition is totally determined due to
my skills, as there are various skill in which I am frail like trouble solve, time organization, ICT
and investigate and since of all this, conflicts and confusion can develop in the brain of

employees that directly influences the whole presentation and output of my team members. In
regard of my good skills which are announcement and squad operational as my team associates
work in an effective and suitable mode because each and every collection associates develop
first-class eminence of labour at the particular period of time. Moreover, it is also depict that
from my cluster, two of my associates oppose to labour according to me because of lack of
motivation concerning the work ethics of team. At last, many things that do not obviously labour
is conflict and bewilderment and it occurs due to me as I am weak in crisis solving skill and do
not analyse the actions of my associates in an effective manner.
Analysis: It is also refers to the personality investigation and examining as it offer
prominent chance to make or feel sense regarding the situation like what happened during the
event or business activity at the specified time (Hall and Gray, 2016). It includes many questions
concerning the whole skills and knowledge of me including my academic paper and literature. It
also describe that what other things make sense in the particular business situation. For this, I
believe that to get labour complete in an effective manner by my associates at the starting level I
should give them famous possibility to each and every associate regarding self identifying their
overall skills which I do. By considering my viewpoint, I experienced that I am quite fine in
contacting in both spoken and written and also in panel functioning as it do not meets all my
strengths. Due to my feeble skill, the efficiency of job and overall presentation of workforce gets
influenced and also tends to increase lack of enthusiasm in their brain concerning their job role.
Thus, to make things in an effective manner I should opt Belbin team role theory, as it is obliging
for me in order to classify work among workforce and team members in prominent manner as
delegating work in effective manner is useful in developing different strength of folks.
Conclusion: This phase is helpful in order to provide ending regarding the belongings
which happen and also offer suitable explanation of those belongings that can be done in suitable
way to enhance the results in upcoming time (Reljić, Pajnkihar and Fekonja, 2019). At this step,
it is summarised that learning is important as it highlights various changes that a person want in
their personality. By analysing the overall skills, it is analysed that I am fine in announcement
and in group operational as I can direct my squad in effectual style without facing any other
problem. Furthermore, in order to expand other concerning skill in which I am lack like
difficulty solve, investigate, ICT and time and self management so to enhance these skills I

should take proper criticism from my manager and also get attend many seminars to improve my
skills.
Action Plan: It is the last step of Gibbs model, as it describes that an individual need to
develop its skills in unique manner concerning the relatable situation (Markkanen and et. al.,
2020). It is useful to act in different manner as here I does not only develop plans to make things
in prominent manner but also ensure that things goes in rights way and also improve the required
skills and knowledge to perform various activities in prominent way. Here, I analysed that at
next time when I am working in a group I should develop my problem solving, research and time
management skills in order to avoid chaos and conflicts within a team and among my associates
and it is possible only by developing good relations with them or taking feedback of my
performance from my superiors.
CONCLUSION
Considering the above discussion, it is analysed that reflection is helpful in determining the
self skills and knowledge that is helpful for an individual in order to perform things in effective
way. Moreover, different skills are undertaken that should be present in me and my team
associates also as it is helpful in order to perform their task in prominent manner. In addition to
this, Gibbs reflective model is used that has six effective steps like description, feelings,
evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan as each and every step is quite responsible to
carry forward whole reflection and also analyse things in prominent manner. Lastly action plan is
develop to get desired result in upcoming time.
