INTRODUCTION Public relations may be served as a practice in relation to managing the flow ofinformation between an organization and the public. The main motive behind ofcompany behind undertaking the practices of public relations is to persuade concernedstakeholders about its leadership, products and political decisions. Tool of publicrelation provides high level of assistance to the business unit in protecting its imageduring adverse time. The present report is based on the case situation of MalaysiaAirline crisis which will shed light on the error take place in the public relation strategiesundertaken by it. This report will develop understanding about the theoretical frameworkrelated to public relations. Besides this, report also presents the manner through whichcompany can handle issue from PR perspective. MAIN REPORT PR errors of Malaysian AirlinesBy doing assessment, it has found that terrible crisis is facing by MalaysiaAirlines with flight MH370. Moreover, such flight has disappeared in thin withapproximately 200 passengers and crew members. In order to deal with such situation,Malaysian airlines have established a crisis communications home base. Hence, all theupdates regarding crisis are published by Malaysian Airlines on this home base which inturn considered as user friendly approach and easy to navigate.
