INTRODUCTIONQuality management plan is important for firm in order to deliver quality and effectiveservices that helps to enhance customer satisfaction effectively. The present report will coverpurpose of a Quality Management System, values that a QMS would add to the business and orstakeholders and how a QMS works in practice in relation to the effect on the day-to-day runningof the business. In addition to this, who would manage and use the QMS and processes forensuring that the QMS is working effectively will be discussed in this report. Finally, the reportwill demonstrate explanation of preparing site-specific QMS, quality objectives and frameworkused for a Quality Plan.TASK 1Purpose of a Quality Management System (QMS)Quality management system can be described as a collection of organisation processwhich is focused on consumer requirements in order to achieve their satisfaction. QMS is alignedwith business strategic direction and purpose effectively. It can be also define as businessprocedures, structure, process and resources which are required to measure the effectiveness ofproducing services and goods to consumers. The initial purpose of QMS is to manage anddevelop operational activities in order to deliver quality services and assurance that helps toenhance customer satisfaction (Ross, 2017). ABC requires a structure which effectively draws out the roles and responsibilities ofoperational management, executive management, departments, divisions, branches and sectionswhile determining mission statement of the entire firm effectively. QMS has defined a better wayof understanding how businesses should structured and what skills should be grouped in order toshare the common knowledge towards goals and objectives. Some other features of QMS such asemployees and management responsibilities, allocation of resources, training and developmentprograms of workers and customer satisfaction. In addition, the procedure of collecting relevantand accurate information will help to keep firm in a position of advantage in order to improveand develop quality and understand variability.Values that a QMS would add to the business and or stakeholdersIt can be said that quality management system plays an important role in business growth,development and performance. Quality management system aredesigned to reduce wastes, costs that helps to improve process. The final goals is to increasesatisfaction of customers to drive growth of business.It is analysed that money is a strong motivation factor which helps to increase satisfactionof employees and firm that ensures higher revenues and productivity for the firm. A fullyoperational quality management system helps to meet and demonstrate some certain goals suchas it consistently meet consumer requirements, manage internal and external needs and allocateresources effectively (KerznerKerzner, 2017). The quality management system is an importantpart of process that helps to manage and control different aspects of work. This will help toenhance customer satisfaction by providing quality services and products to them.
