This research project investigates the influence of social media marketing on enhancing sales within the travel and tourism sector, specifically focusing on Thomas Cook. The objectives include understanding the importance of social media marketing, analyzing its link to sales, evaluating its impact, and recommending strategies for improvement. Both primary (surveys of UKCBC students) and secondary data sources (books, articles, internet) will be utilized. Qualitative data analysis techniques will be employed to identify themes and provide interpretations supported by tables and charts.
