INTRODUCTION
Project management is considered as important tool to make business succeed in long
run. A project mainly include resources and also its failure affect more on functioning of
business. In this, globalisation is procedure by which the organisations develop their
international impact to operational business on global level. Reason for it's cause is due to
advancements in communication and transportation sector. (Al Ariss, Cascio and Paauwe, 2014).
The report to be discussed is of Nestle organisation, which is one of the leading food company in
world and it conduct its operations in all over world. This report also discusses about making a
plan to manage projects so to cover time, quality, risk, scope, communication and resources
aspects. There will be discussion about to have a insight in research methods(quantitative an
qualitative) so to meet aims and objectives of project.

Globalisation is explained as free flow of services, products and people across world in
an integrated way. In this, organisations conduct their business at international level for
enhancing business productivity and getting many opportunities. When company performs at
international level, it hires the well qualified and capable staff which can be able to perform
business operations in an efficient and effective way (Boella and Goss-Turner, 2012). In addition
to this, department of human resources is responsible for hiring, selecting and to train employees
to meet international requirements. For recruitment and selection, multinational companies use
different ways to find and develop sources to determine availability for the number of employees
required, and to attract the candidates by adopting techniques etc.
Background of Project
Globalisation is incorporation of different markets in world economy which results in
increased connectivity among national economies of the world . This presented report is of
Nestle company. It is largest food organisation in world, measured through revenue. Specific
recruitment and selection techniques for an instance applications, interviews and postings are
similar for multinational firms. Their main aim is to hire those employees which can be able to

perform at international level and cope up with international clients requirements efficiently
(DeCenzo, Robbins and Verhulst, 2016). Training is a main part of human resource management
that help in enhancing the abilities and skills of employees to make them perform effectively.
With the help of training, motivation of employees enhanced and they will give their
contribution in attaining the specific objectives within given time period.

The aim of this project is “To analyse ways multinational companies improve the

study on Nestle”.

period. Here, researcher needs 3 months for completion of the project. This project started from
27 May 2019 to 19 July 2019.
Quality
In order to maintain quality of work, researcher should use effective tools and techniques

conduct training they can use on and off the job training methods for their employees and staffs
for meeting international requirements in systematic manner. This can assist in enhancement of
skills, experience and knowledge of employees. Similarly, researcher can use authenticate source

Communication
In order to run business, researcher should have two way communication for data and
information sharing in an effective manner. Researcher is using internet and feedback methods
for gathering their information and data for conducting research related work. In this, learner will
communicate with its tutor and classmates by using the emails. Through this, they can share the
information and detailed about the specific area.
Risk
At the of conducting an investigation, researcher faced some risk in order to carry out
research work which includes time period, funding and inappropriate response of applicant or

faced time and cost related problems and these both the issues develop impact on company to
meet with its objectives. Researcher is responsible to find effective ways to overcomer from
these problems and get positive outcomes in an effective manner.
Through this project, I learned about new core concepts as well as areas regarding
globalisation and effective ways to success of business. I learned about conduct an investigation
by performing all activities significantly.

From mention project, it has been stated that globalisation helps organisations to conduct
operations of business at global level. It helps in provide contribution towards enhancing an
