INTRODUCTION
Human resources involves screening, recruiting, training and developing a person so that
they can do task in a effective manner(Abugre and Boachie-Ansah, 2021). This assessment is
based two different sectors first one is retail and other is auto mobile. In this assessment topics
that can be discusses is recruitment and selection process of both companies, reason for choosing
firms, methods that they use to recruit, how they select individuals, is process is different or
same, reason for choosing process, why these reasons considers useful.
MAIN BODY
Take two organisation and define its recruitment and selection process.
The two organisation belongs two different sectors first one is retail and other is auto
mobile. It highlight different process of recruitment which involve electronic screening, online
test and several interview rounds for hiring a potential candidate.

Company 1- TESCO( retail organisation)
This company takes five week for handling this process then after they deliver application of
candidate job role(Aungsuroch, Gunawan and Fisher, 2022). Basically two methods are used by
company.
