Article 1 – Selection Strategies
Objective
Mahmood (2015) attempts a discussion on the influences of the corporate
strategies, the organizational structures, the orientation of the
international policies on the practices related to the human resource
management within the organization. The author attempts to throw light
majorly on the activities that are related to the selection of the potential
staff of the organization.
Method
The author in this case aimed to implement the methods that are best
suited for the qualitative case studies. The interview responses were
analyzed through the qualitative method.
