Personal and professional development is the most important part of life of all the
individual. In order to frame and make the personal growth of the person and maintaining the
individual identity of that individual it is important to seek and develop the inner personality.
This is mainly done through all the moral, cultural and the mental well being(Astle Leberman,
and Watson 2018)Whereas, in the professional development the main aim is to analyse and
change the skills of the person with there further importance and help out to work in
organisation. The work base learning is the diversity of the informal and the formal agreement
that helps out in attaining the better training and the learning through the internships,
apprenticeship and all other courses which helps to maintain the growth. The organisation chosen
for this report is Rosewood Hotel situated in London which is the efficient in the hospitality
sectors. This report is the reflective analysis of all the personal skills and the development.

attain full knowledge in the hospitality sector. As in the hotel I am going to apply for the front
desk manager role. For this role I am preparing myself with varies advancement in all the skills

and also in the interaction with the people to seek there interest. And right now I am undergoing

the work I need to develop the technical skill fr which I will gain out the benefit and to
maintain the customers and connect with all the employees in proper manner. This covers
that technical skill helps me to attend the advancement and accord of work.
Knowledge Data entry- I will have to get the complete IT knowledge so as to maintain the data entry
of all the clients and the customers which helps me out to maintain the records of the
customers and there varies details that are required.
Customer service- The attending of the customer is the most important areas as I will

customers can there be be attended and to maintain them to frame all the areas and the
