INTRODUCTION Reflective commentary is one of those concepts that enable a person to clearly explain what they have knowledge about writing rhetorical awareness utilizing three essays as examples or evidence. It also allows them to represent what individual person can do and what they know about other things like knowledge they have or tend to develop. The current assignment will explain relationship between appropriate theory and practice in work-related context. It will also justify the implications of experience, skills, competencies and knowledge. Furthermore, the study will clarify reflection on and apply learning from work-related experience to future goals and career plans. Lastly, the report will define CV with relevant information in structured manner. MAIN BODY Critically reflect on relation between relevant theory and practice in work-related context. Theory of reflection specified an idea that individuals' knowledge reflects the real world in explanatory context (Anderson and McCormack, 2018). They may take approach to represent their understanding and experience related to specific practice or situation in comprehensive form, which is quite easy to comprehend by the others. While practice of reflection is defined as ability of a person which enable them to reflect on one's action and situation, to take an essential stance or attitude towards own action or practice. There are different types of theories accessible in the corporate world, that individual person prefer to utilize, follow and take into their consideration in the context of work related practices or activities.Pluralistis the best example of those concepts or theories that applied in world related context. Fair wage, refer to process of conducting strategic practice that in turn provide desire outcomes to individual person who perform their role within a company, where they may effort to fulfil the key responsibilities and roles (Norwood and et.al., 2022). Theory and practice in the context of social work are related with each other, as both terms may drive the attention of individual toward taking initiative to fulfil the need and expectations of others. It can be said that the connection between practice and theory is conceived in the manner that may knowledge is internally related to practice. It may support to influence each other in positive manner, that in turn provide unpredictable outcomes. It is fact

While, practice refer to application of knowledge and capability that help to reach desire results. Both terms are interrelated with each other in form of making individuals capable to support to achieve aim related to social work. In the context of educational practice, theories are quite essential because implication of each theory enables individuals to conduct strategic activities that contribute to achieve key goals. It can be said that theories caters a basis to comprehend how individual learn, and gain knowledge. Furthermore, it may also specify varied ways to explain, define, examine and predict learning in regard to educational practice. There number of theories utilized in the real world by individuals, in the context of current form of practice, that aid them to make more informed decisions around development, design and delivery of appropriate learning. During the procedure of developing educational tactics, the application of learning theories provide several benefits to user. Kolb's learning cycle encompasses different form of learning, that cater benefit to individual in term of developing strategies which enable them to comprehend specific thing or activity (Behrendt and Machtmes, 2021). It may help to specify different forms of learning styles that a learner may take into their consideration, for purpose of developing the best strategy that in turn provide unpredictable outcomes to them. VARK and other learning theories may also provide benefits to individual when they may take approach to develop educational tactics and tend to implement each in appropriate manner. It may help to enhance level of knowledge and increase performance extent in strategic manner.
