INTRODUCTION
Academics skills plays an important role in the business practices and work towards the effective
achievement of the business objective. Reflections defines as a self reflected view which become
an important in element in any form of the study. It helps in developing own skills and
reviewing their effectiveness in a particular situation. In this essay I have chosen to write about
the various academics skills such as communication skills, time management skill and reading
skills which are learned during group presentation assessment.
MAIN BODY
Communication
Each and every person grow in the field of self development and reach their desired level
of result in their life, when I was in the 10th class I legged in the communication skills and feel
little nervous about speaking in front of the many peoples and my school teacher but slowly-
slowly I participated in various activities and speaks in front of many peoples in various
programs which results in improving my communication skills. During this situation I face many
consequences such laughing of my classmates when I speak anything which are not related to
particular point of view and that time I fell demotivated but still I was work in developing my
communication skills and after so many practices on the various programs about speaking on
some topics results in effective communication skills. After the group presentation assessment
response from my group members for me in terms of better performance and they all are said
you are the important part of our successful presentation, the reason behind that i have the great
experience in the communication skills so my communication skills too good as compared to my
other group members which helps in the accounting business practices for effective conversation
with them.
After the learning of communication skills, reading skill and communication skill I realized that
on one can reach desired level of result in their personal life as well as professional life and these
academic skills also plays an important role in the accomplishment of organizational practices.
During group presentation assessment I was also built better relationship with my all group
members and effectively present the presentation in front of the audience with the help of
effective communication skills.
