Apple organisation is engaged inproduction of mobile as communication and media devices computers and also0s sells soft waresand provide services to the customer (Barnes and Walker, 2010). There are various strategies andplan which are discussed for doing better management of communication and knowledge in theApple organisation. To achieve the competitive advantage in the market organisation mustfollow a good strategic plan, should gather all the information related to stakeholders andprovide all the information and knowledge to stakeholders of the organisation which will behelpful for expansion of project in UK.TASK 1AC 1.1 Decisions to be taken for expansion of project in UKExpansion of project in UK can be done by taking various decisions. It Can be done bymaking a strategic plan for expanding the business and it is necessary to analyse what is theneeds for expanding and how the need will be fulfilled by doing proper planning. Decision making is very important part so while takingdecision location at which the expansion of project is done must be taken into consideration toconnect with people easily. For taking decision at strategiclevel in depth use of skills and knowledge is require which are fully qualified professional.Which use all the standards principles and theories concept to make an decision. Tactical level isa next down level and decision taken by this level is done on the basis of strategic plan. Mostlyinformation require at this level is internal with little use of external resources. Theseinformation are used by middle level management to take decision. Tactical plans will be veryspecific with a medium level of detail.
