INTRODUCTION
Organisation tends to have the major level of development in understanding the voracious level
0f aspects which tends to have major growth and development in making the company level of
accomplished. The creativity and invocation have been considered as the major aspects for
development of PAW in way of enhancing the ability to increase level of productivity in
company. In the assessment one there are major indemnification in view point of various level of
block and barrier that is faced by company which have reduced of ability. The previous repost
have better analysis the various level of concept of creativity and innovation along with
excrescence of individual and organizational barriers which is affecting firm development in
mote response. In this report there will be major distribution on various level of theories and
approached which can be used to have removal of individual block and organizational barriers in
more effective way for development. Public Authority for Water (PAW) is an organization
which is specialized in providing a high quality of water drinks.
MAIN BODY
Now days the diversity with innovation and creativity have termed out to be the one of most
typical tasks for development of the workplace. With leads of various technology, it not has the
major considerations to have proper dealing with client and customer in more effective ways
from all over the development of world. There are potential issues which has be indented in
PAW in regard to have major hindering of relationship in workplaces to make the business more
level of developed at workplace with more effective way of development.
Cultural block
in order to have the removal of cultural block in company to enhance the level of development
should have the understanding in regard to the development of organizational culture which
helps in proper implementation of development by remaining various level of culture barriers. As
per the Hofstede culture model there is major suggestion that the company is needed to change
the existence of mental programs which behaviour which will leads to value change sin company
