Home have to use appropriate skills and knowledge so that they can do best work (Markos and
Sridevi, 2010). They have to maintain the best and strong relationship along with the good skills
of communication. Along with this they have to resolve the conflicts which helps in developing
the team work and by that they can attain the goals and objectives (Kraaijenbrink, Spender and
Groen, 2010).
Recruitment helps in selecting the best employee which helps St-Margaret's Nursing
Home in proving the best services to patients (Van Buren, Greenwood and Sheehan, 2011). The
employees having all the skills and knowledge that what type of services they have to provide so
that they can not face any problems and attain the maximum targets.
I consider the best management approach so that I can do the proper task allocation and
target setting for team. I have to attain the benefits by the appropriate task allocation which will
help in continuous development and helps in attaining the objectives.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been inferred that human resource defined the total skills,
talents as well as abilities so that the members of St-Margaret's Nursing Home provide better
services to their consumers. Along with this they have to use appropriate approaches which
involve in routine interaction of organisation. Health and social care is a place where perfect staff
encountered in
own experience.
By doing the evaluation or analysis, there are certain issues which I am facing while
doing the development which has been influenced by management approaches which I have
encountered :-
By the use of own performance appraisal, I have been encouraged or motivated to
focusing ion the areas of weakness along with the strength. The manager of St-Margaret's
Nursing Home have to provide the training so that it will be helpful to me. I convert my
weakness into my strength. Along with this they have to concentrate on gathering the
information by the self directed reading and to improve the knowledge in the weak areas.
Another is team working. It implies working as a team or in the collaborative manner so
that they can easily attain the goals and objectives. The employees of St-Margaret's Nursing
Home have to use appropriate skills and knowledge so that they can do best work (Markos and
Sridevi, 2010). They have to maintain the best and strong relationship along with the good skills

that they can provide the better services. The employees have to maintain the relationship with
the other person so that they can do best work. The manager of nursing home have to use the
appropriate theory of leadership which helps in managing the all the work and by that they can
attain the goals and objectives. Along with this they have to do the proper allocation of resources
so that in providing the services the employees of the institution can not face any obstacles and
also helps in providing support that they can provide the best services which helps in attaining
the leading position as well as reaping the targets which are decided by the higher authorities of
nursing homes.
