by engaging them to deliver quality services in the accepted organisational structure and culture

activities I will refer to study the past activities of the entity as a way of discovering any

plays a vital role in maintaining the proposed services to the customers by together
maintaining a well defined format of communication for a prompt completion of tasks.

interpreting the carried behaviour of the team members by arranging meetings for the

peers and subordinates, the employed team of the restaurant will be promptly able to

development
Both personal and professional skills are evident to contribute in future developmental

opportunities to gain a superior position by making significant contribution in the adopted
culture of the organization (Runde and Flanagan, 2010). It can however be done by rigorously
following the proposed direction of the management for which, it is crucial for me to posses the
requisite managerial skills to contribute them in a directional manner for obtaining

skills that are required to carry out their managerial activities- Communications skills- It is with a special consent of working with a T&T organization
like Thomas Cook where a good communication skill is a prime requisition to interact
with different set of tourists who visit from different places from all over the world. Thus,
on measuring my existent skills of communication, it can be said that I have a good
command over both verbal and non-verbal skills of communication. This largely assists
me to interact with people who belongs to diversified set of cultures. These skills together
plays a greater role in both personal and professional development of mine where it will
in turn help me to built prompt relationship at the workplace by prolonging my position. Leadership- It is basically in order to obtain a topmost position and acknowledgement at
the workplace where I am hereby required to develop some expertise skills of leadership
(Zakarevičius and Župerkienė, 2015). Wherein, presently I believe to have a considerable
cognition of leading teams where this proficient has been achieved by handling the
projects team at the time of training where I effectively referred to manage my own team.
This affluent ability will thereby support my career in a definite way where I will be soon
able to gain the authorization of enforcing work related decisions at the workplace. This
will in turn enable me to offer directive guidelines to my peers along with other staff
members.
 Time management- In is in accordance to the current scenario of my prospective agenda
in Thomas Cook where time management plays an important role in the overall

timely delivery of their services for fulfilling the desired level of satisfaction of their

in possessing an abundant skill of time management that is soon required to be improved

avoiding multiple work at a time.
