INTRODUCTIONManagement is nothing but the technique of organising as well controlling variousoperating occurring in an enterprise. In order to do so, it is important for all organisations to hireskills and qualified managers and provide them responsibility of handling every activities inefficient and effective way. The current report is designed on the ground of Radisson Blu whichis a famous firm which is dealing with hospitality sector at global level (Pettit, Fiksel andCroxton, 2010). It was established in the year of 1960 and are currently working in more than350 locations. In this project different styles of management is going to be described. Apart fromthis, process of communication is also evaluated hereby. TASK 11.1 Comparison of various management stylesThere are different kinds of management styles which are some how variant from oneanother. This can be cleared by below written points. So, referred organisation needs toconcentrate on this concepts and adopt appropriate style as per their requirement. Differencesbetween several kinds of styles of mangers are mentioned as follows :Autocratic Democratic Laissez faire Herein quick decisions aretaken since managers aremaking decisions alone. In this style, superiors alsoinclude their team members inmaking final judgement. So, ittakes longer time.Hereby mangers do full powerof decision making in the handof group members, thus as aresult conflicts occurs. Treated as good in comparisonto Laissez faire. It is considered as best oneamong all. This is not an appropriate wayof leading associates sincewhole power is delivered tothem and managers do not playany role. Needs at the time of fastdecision making.Organisation can apply it whenthey require suitablejudgement or conclusion atlast. This is applied when managersdo not show any interest inhandling issues of workers. 1
