INTRODUCTIONWorking and leading with people is the term which defines the selection or recruitment ofnew employees in the organization and assign right person at a right job according to their skillsand knowledge. In fact every successful organization want to utilize all of their resources inappropriate way by achieving their goals and objectives in a minimum time period. Apart fromthis, this report is all about recruitment process with the help of various effective theories anduseful information (Bush, 2013). The main motive of the report is to help in selecting bestalternatives by conducting many more selection programmes. In other words working andleading with people describes the overall scenario of the selecting appropriate persons orindividuals to perform some sort of activities and task according to their skills and talents. Lastbut not the least an organization need to consider all the relevant facts and figures beforerecruiting or selecting any individual. TASK 11.1 Preparation of documentation to select and recruit a new member of staffMark Spencer is one of the famous multinational retail organization specialised inmanufacturing clothes and home products for domestic as well as foreign customers by adoptingvarious effective techniques and methods (Middlewood, 2013). Cited organization want to hireten more employees to perform specific activities according to their skills and knowledge. In factan organization need to follow the appropriate procedure and process to conduct a hiringprogram for new joiner.Recruitment and selection process goes through following steps:-Arising of vacancies due to many reasons. Conduct advertisement programmes to update the society about vacancies.Selection of skilled and eligible candidate without discriminating on the bases of caste, religion,colour, gender, age, race, sex etc.Short list the deserving candidates who is eligible for the position by considering theirqualifications. Conduct interview programmes and other testing techniques for selection procedure.Select best alternatives with the help of interview programmes.Handover the appointment letter to deserving candidates

Apart from this, HR manager need to go through from all the above steps to avoid anymistakes and errors or to conduct selection process free from any discrimination.
