management includes recreational facility, lodging operations, food services and special services
offered by all resort. There are various types resort is provide many kind of special services or
facilities to their customers. Customer becomes one of the most demanding at the tourist
destinations. It is to maintain demand for all customers in resort and they have to provide special
training to their employees so that they can provide better services to their all customers or
visitors. This assignment is analysis of different features of common resorts and many issue of
managing them. This report will also include the All customer needs and requirement is to fulfill
and guiding principle for achieving sustainable manner in resorts. Tourist resort chosen for this
assignment is Nevis range is ski resort.

Types of resort- Beach resort, Ski resort and Spa resort.
Beach resort
Beach resort includes many activities such as scuba diving, boating, snorkeling kayaking
and Para-sailing. Beach resort located at many large beaches and this resort focused on tourist or
visitors to provide full service and holiday facility.
Key features
Beach resort provides many services and it’s including entrainment and recreational
activities. its provides essential vacationer's needs on beach premises such as drink, sports, food
etc (Suau-Sanchez and Voltes-Dorta., 2019). beach resort focused on tourist and this resort
provide many services holiday lodging facility. This resort is also used for wedding location and
many other purposes.. The best features of beach resort are providing all-round services within
the premises.
Ski resort
Ski resort is best resort for winter sports, skilling and snowboarding and ski resort is
required a large slope. This resort located on mountains and hills areas.

The main features of ski resort is offer many lodging options on the slopes with ski-out
access and ski-inland. ski resort include many activities ice-skating, horse-drawn sled,

to spa seeking customer and also focus on all client’s health activities. Spa hotel is best hotel for
a weekend and various special services are providing to the customer. The important features for
spa resort is provide food offered that has to match with good healthy lifestyles of all customers.
Challenge and issue faced by beach resort, ski resort and spa resort
Spa resort faces many challenges. its requires many talented staff they have a good skills
or knowledge of how the services is exposed and managed so it is difficult to develop and select
service oriented staffs for spa resort. It is also difficult to determine the product and appropriate
size for the spa facility. It is require constant attention to expand the desired level of all customer
