Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
Reasons for choosing the project (e.g. links to other subjects you are studying,

The main aim behind conducting this study is to develop an understanding regarding
importance of equality and diversity within an organization. This is interest area of
investigator as they want to get an understanding regarding ways in which
workplace discrimination can be removed. This will help in improving future practices
as researcher is planning to become a manager in future which support them in
dealing with employees effectively.
