With business, there are different types of issues that are faced
within the organization. It is important for the firm to understand
the requirements of customers and deliver their services and
products accordingly. It is important for the business to have skilled
and capable workers so that they are able perform their set of roles
in effective manner. Among many of the issues faced by the firm, it
can be stated that companies are facing issues in relation with high
turnover rate. Due to this, firm have to hire new workers and they
are not able to maintain the quality of services delivered. In this
context, training and development can be determined to be one of
effective ways to retain employees. In this research, Marriott hotel is
taken in to consideration and they focus on delivering their
customers with high quality services.
