LITERATURE REVIEW
According to the opinion of Sung,
& Choi (2018), training and development
sessions not only improves the employee's
performance but it also increases the worth
of the company in the market. The
company can use digital training, game-
based training and the most important
blending learning methods in order to
increase productivity of the employees. By
doing this, the company can retain its
well-qualified workforce with themselves
only. Various recognition programs to the
employee's also encourage their morale.
T&D can help the company to cope with
the environmental challenges which is
generally unpredictable. It is also
important that company avoids
discrimination factor while providing
training sessions at workplace.
CONCLUSION

provides proper training to their employee's that
the workforce helps the company in achieving
their profitability and expansion of the business.
