Thomas is one of the essential and large player in the travel andtourism sector and this is increasing the effectiveness of their business activities, venture requireto use technology in better manner. For doing effective understanding and evaluation the majorimpact of digital technology on certain questions that are formulated for carry out the specificresearch. There are different techniques and methods of data collection and methods that can beused in this research for collecting accurate facts or figures (Bratton and Gold, 2017).1.3 Critical reviewThis is also known as one of the essential part of each investigation. In this researcherrequired to collect or gather correct information regarding certain views and opinions of differentinvestigators which are associated with the major topic of investigation in better manner. Alongwith this, it is also known as collection of secondary information method. There are around 85% visitors which carry out the research bout desired places andtravelers conduct online investigation for guide, booking and visas before confirming theirbooking. This can be said that there is no doubt that technology has conveyed the travel andtourism industry but still this will necessary for investing towards development. Along with this,tourist destination need to offer continue services or facilities to their customers and also servethem innovative or attractive offers for attracting more destinations for generating huge incomeor profits (Guest, 2011). 1.4 Research project specificationData and information has been collected by investigators which main motive is to play animportant role in entire research. There are two major sources of data collection that are knownas primary and secondary data collection method. Along with this, primary source of datamethod help researchers in collecting updated and fresh data with associated the main topics ofinvestigation. This is that method which is very expensive and time consuming and at the same
time this will assist in developing better conclusion. In the case secondary method of datacollection so the investigator take aid and using available data for bring out effective research inproper manner.
