Overview of the company Cadbury is a British multinational confectionery company that was started in the year 2010 and founded by John Cdbury. This company offers variety of cocoa and drinking chocolates. Cadbury is having power house lineup of products. Cadbury is having different varieties of products within chocolate segment. There is need to manage the business condition in order to enhance the working. Trainings are provided to employees for motivating and encouraging them. But to get permission to interview the working staff was not easy as they did not want to distract there employees with any sort of nu-sense. Primary resources were there on the internet which I was suppose to do a research on, cad bury is a very huge company and the research took a lot of time and efforts. After studying the entire organisation structure of cad bury, I decided to visit the company. The HR managers of cad bury
makes sure that all the employ are well focused towards there respective work and are motived in order to achieve organisational goals. Conclusion From the above discussion, it is analysed that talent management is the continuous process that helps in retaining qualitative employees. This is a management strategy that attract best workforce and develop their ability to perform in a creative manner. The main aim of talent management is to encourage and motivate employee so that they can contribute their efforts in achieving organisation goal. It is one of the major role of HR in the enterprise. This process aids manager to motivate workforce for staying in entity for long run. It helps in gaining optimal results. There are several strategies used by companies to enhance talent management strategies. Hiring best employee- Talent management always try to hire best employee out of chunk. By this company can perform in an excellent way. Develop promising expert- after hiring talent manager need to keep on develop best employee through regular education programs. Retention- For the retention of best employee HR must provide rewards for their input. It can be given in the form of financial and non financial benefits.Promotion- By promoting staff from one level to another motivates best employee to enhance its effort. Importance of effective and strong talent management strategy It improves the performance of business. This help in gaining competitive advantage. It brings innovative and creative idea to business problem. Recommendations It is recommended to Cadbury that it will use the best talent management strategy for the employees.
