This research project explores the impact of behaviors that support equality and diversity on the success and productivity of an organization, with a focus on Hilton Hotel. It examines the concept of equality and diversity, the possible behaviors that promote equality and diversity in Hilton Hotel, and the outcomes of such behaviors. The study aims to evaluate the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace and identify strategies for creating an inclusive environment. The research methodology includes data collection through a questionnaire. The findings of this study can provide insights for organizations in enhancing their success through equality and diversity.
