This research project aims to identify the impact of using digital technologies for implementing business operations of Londis Store, a small-scale retail sector organization in the UK. The project includes a literature review, research methods and approaches, conducting research with techniques, analytical tools and findings, research outcomes, reflection, and alternative research methodologies. The research aims to understand the concept of adopting digital technologies, recognize the requirements and influence of adopting digital technologies, and recommend suggestions for using digital technologies for Londis Store. The project plan includes a time frame and Gantt chart. The research uses an inductive approach and qualitative research technique.
