INTRODUCTION .Employee retention is one of the crucial processes in which workers of an enterprise encourage to remain for longer period. In this, strategies in relation to employees’ retention are important as it is helpful to create a positive working environment (Belias and et. al.,2015). To cope up with number of policies that has been addressed where focus is to deal with various needs of employees so that there can be enhancement in job satisfaction of employees. The present report is based on number of factors, which can help to maintain employee’s retention in the hospitality industry. In this, business activities of Hotel Hilton London, UK will be considered.Furthermore, hospitality industry is an establishment, which offers excellent services and good experience to customers. It is a competitive sector in which employees have new challenges every day to deal with, so that they are able to get better position. Thus, it can be true to say that employee's retention is one of the most overlooked aspects as it is growth oriented.
