The current research work is based on determination of role of technology and its impact
on organisational productivity. In this project to get better understanding about the above topic a
quantitative research and investigation is conducted on Cosmo World Buffet Restaurant to get
better understanding about the impact of technology on its productivity. Further, the current
research work also focuses on issues that are faced by an organisation while implementing a new
technology at its workplace for which data collected through questionnaire to fulfil and meet
objective of current research work.
