As per the above research it can be concluded that more people give decision to use
technologies for the advancement. It is interpreted that out of 40 people, 18 respondents of IT
sector prefer technologies are to be used in development and growth. As through efficient use of

tools and techniques in this section leads to the progress and advancement. 8 interviewee prefer
the financial area. 9 testee say that the techniques used in marketing sector.5 answerer gave
decision to use technologies in the human resource department. More respondents feel that
technologies are efficient in IT sector because more industries grow and there is increase in
GDP.
Theme 4: Digital technologies are benefited in the different divisions of economy.
Interpretation:
According to the research it can be concluded that online marketing benefits through
digital technologies and leads to the development of economy. More people are in favour of
online selling. Out of 40 people, 16 respondent of online marketing prefer to use the digital
technologies such as social application and websites for progress of economy. Thus there is
development of the country. 8 answerer of sales department said that they prefer digital tools for
advancement. As compared to above sectors less people that is 6 interviewee of advertisement
division and 10 answerers of building connectivity use digital methods for the progress.Theme 5:
4Com Plc deals in variety of products and services.
Interpretation:
As per the above mentioned report it has been concluded that as a small business
organisation 4Com Plc deals in variety of goods and services at market place as to gaining
attention of large number of customers towards the firm. 10 out of 40 respondents select digital
handsets as to communicate within and out side of the firm. Majority of people attracted towards
broad-bands as 13 customers are taking benefits of broadband services of 4Com Plc. Remaining
people go with the option of computer telephony integration and business mobiles. Theme 6:
There is a huge impact of digital tools and technologies on work force within the company.
Interpretation:
According to the research it can be concluded that more people think that profits can be
increased through use of digital tools and techniques. Less respondents gave decision that other
factors are enhanced through use of digital techniques. Out of 40 respondents, 12 answerer said
that profits can be generated through use of digital processes and methods. Less people prefers
that other activities of company gets enhanced. 10 interviewee gave decision that efficiency in
production operations can be there in company through using these techniques.8 people thought
that productivity of employees can be strengthened due to digital methods and procedures. Very

few respondents that is 10 people prefers that knowledge can be improved through use of various
tools.
Theme 7: Customers feel satisfied with the offered products and services of Telecom Plus.
Interpretation :
From the above mentioned report it is being determined that 4Com Plc offer different
types of commodity as to satisfying the desires of customers. 4Com Plc focuses on producing
high quality of product which help the company to maximise its profitability. The given result
shows that the customer likes the products and services provided by the company. It shows that
company puts their effort in maintaining the quality of the products and services. 4Com Plc
works on the feedback gained by the customer regarding products and services. It leads to
improve the performance of the company and enhancing the growth in market. This report
shows positive performance of the company because out of 34 out of 40 respondents are satisfied
with the commodity and services provided by the company and remaining are not satisfied.
Theme 8: 4Com PLc conduct their business operations in various sectors.
Interpretation:
As per the above discussion it can be evaluated from the above data that for 4Com Plc the
most profitable sector which fetch earnings is the private sector or the business sector as it is the
most revenue generating sector for the company. Various other Businesses uses different
telecommunication services from 4Com Plc under the B2B business model. Out of the sample of
40 respondents 32 said that private sector contributes more to the earnings of 4Com Plc and 8
respondents replied that public sector contributes more to the earnings of 4Com Plc.
Theme 9: Expertise in digital technology will fetch competitive advantage to the company.
Interpretation:
It is suggested by the above graphical representation that 14 out of 40 respondents believe
that 4Com Plc do have the competitive advantage in the market because of the expertise that it
posses in digital Technology. The company reaps the benefit of such expertise in terms of higher
sales and profitability.10 out of 40 thinks that it leads to increase in market share for the
company, another 10 respondents out of 40 thinks that it leads to higher productivity.6 out of 40
said that it creates Brand awareness among people about the company. The overall view of the
respondents was positive on the company.

Data Collection method:
This consist to be the most effective part of research work as it helps the researcher in
accumulating data and information through various sources. Data can be gathered through
primary as well as secondary sources of data collection. Information gathering is thought to be
one of the vital components of research work. The analyst has a choice to aggregate pertinent
data through essential and auxiliary sources. The data gathered that is gathered out of the blue
through essential sources is said to be essential data. The optional data on other hand is depicted
as one that is removed from sources, for example, diaries, articles and other distributed materials.
Questionnaire: It is different from the process of interview, questionnaire determines to the
forms which are filled through respondents, these can be handed out by the use of mail and
gathered through the stamped addressed envelope. This is an effective process which is applied
for the entire population and sampled areas. This can be used to gather regular or infrequent data
for some specialised area of study. In this section information is gathered through fulfilling the
questionnaire from the respondents. A questionnaire needs respondents to fill the form
