Employees are the blood stream for any business organisation. The
disasters or achievements of the firm is rely on employees
productivity as well as performance. This case study is set to
examine the effects of training and development assistance in
telecommunication industry.
British Telecom group is the second largest multinational telecom
company in UK and operates around 180 countries all around the
world. It has large pool of subsidiaries like telecom .
